Cant Uninstall AVG

We appreciate your valuable effort in trying to fix it. We regret for the inconvenience caused.To get your issue fixed, we request you to run AVG remover tool and then install AVG Antivirus free back in your pc. To run AVG remover tool follow the below steps :

http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Product and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

I have tried everything to uninstall AVG Protection.  There are no other AVG files on my computer, but it will not uninstall.  I have tried to repair it and then uninstall and still does not work.  I was told to download the AVG Removal Tool but it doesnt exist.  NOW WHAT!!!
