Hi,
I downgraded from Windows 10 back to Windows 7 and can't get online with my browser. Thought maybe AVG is the problem, as it keeps coming up with a message that it needs to reinstall. But it can't do that because the browser won't display. I tried downloading the AVG removal tool onto a flash drive in another computer, but when I tried to run it on the problem computer, it wanted to update online! Has anyone got any advice? Many thanks.
Hi Marie, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. As you are unable to access internet even after disabling AVG, the issue is not with AVG. We request you to contact your Internet Service provider to fix this issue. Also, you can do an offline update of AVG.
