Cant uninstall web tuneup

Please try to remove the Web TuneUp add from your browser and chech for the issue again.

Open your browser -> Three dots (top right corner) -> More tools -> Extensions -> remove the add ons

Help me out please ive been trying for hours to uninstall avg web tunup. in the control panel nothing happens when i try to get rid of it, ive been trying to deletethe files manually from program files 86, but it wont let me??? what am i supposed to do to get rid of this???help?
