I am unable to update AVG Antivirus Free. It just sits at 60% for hours and doesn't complete. I'm on Windows 10. Any ideas anyone?
- Please open control panel and check if you have installed any other conflicting security software such as McAfee, Norton… If you find any, please uninstall it and then update AVG FREE.
2. Please check the name of the AVG Software shown in the control panel. Check if it shows as AVG 2015. If you have installed AVG 2015 version, please remove it and install the AVG 2016 version from www.avg.com \downloads.
3. Please ensure that your internet connection is working fine and try to update AVG FREE.
