Hello, I have a Windows 10 laptop with AVG Internet Security installed (paid for). I have a BT Home Hub as my Internet is with BT (UK).

Now I can't download the updates for AVG. I have uninstalled it, cleared my laptop with the AVG tools, and attempted to reinstall but it fails every time. I have deleted my wireless connection from my laptop and set it up again but without success.

With the laptop connected to my friend's internet or tethered to my Smartphone it works normally.

How is BT Home Hub stopping AVG from downloading / updating? Nothing else is affected - I am able to download other programs and updates / Windows updates.
