My AT&T 2wire power supply quit working. Borrowed a netgear 97 modem from a friend and got error's when trying to upgrade programs. Got errors when trying to reach any and all upgrade servers. Can download anything, just can't connect to upgrade servers including AVG products. I finally got a power supply for the original AT&T 2wire power supply. But still can't reach any updateing servers. Can download programs but can't reach update servers. There seem's to be a communications issue between my equipment and the upgrade servers. I can't see buying anymore products that require upgrading when i can't upgrade them. That includes safety programs have done everything i know, but i'm not a IT person.
