The above message appeared trying to update to newer  AVG AntiVirus Free Edition, (version 2016.7.7226 installed). following the learn more link gives this message: "Additional information is not available for this message."  how should I handle this? I have Windows XP SP3.

Tried that, got  'repair failed, try again' when I did, a reboot required message - rebooted, now when I try I get a failure in initialization error code - the section of the AVG dialogue box which is in orange says that some component of the computer is outdated…if I try to repair again, as prompted, I get the reboot required message again…
