Currently am using windows vista home premium, when ever I try to update my laptop it starts the process reaches around 60% then, it prompt me " update failed could not connect to the update server, please check your internet connection and try again, If the problem continues contact our friendly support center. I sent a msg yesterday, I got a response from you guys and am grateful, I was asked which version am i using, but could not reply on the same email address, Am using AVG AntiVirus Free edition 2015. Version: 2016.0.7303. Please if someone can assist me. Am using the same on windows XP service pack 2, and vista home Basic.(different machines).
