Cant update or unistall AVG on windows 10

well i tried to update avg yesterday and it didnt work and it told me:
Update failed, update has detected running installation. complete that installation before starting update.
and when i tried to uninstall it and it didnt work and it said:
Error code : 0xC0070652
so what should i do ??
