I received a notice that my payment didn’t work, the card has been cancelled, I cancelled it (fraud). I have tried to login and update my payment information for a new card, it won’t let me do it, tells me there is a glitch…again and again and again. I have tried to figure out how to call someone (phone), but on the form, it tells me that my e-mail is the wrong format-this is the same e-mail AVG has on file. I can’t find a number to call to update this over the phone either. At this point, am about ready to let it expire and go another route. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
