Hi a couple of weeks ago I updated my windows 10 and my computer went nuts had to take to a tech as I am completely computer illiterate. The guy had to strip my computer and reinstall everything, on top of that we change our provider and have a new email I have inform AVG of that , everything was going good until I noticed the updates are not happening I have noted your response to that on this forum and have followed the advise several times on the server.msc still not happening. Do I have to remove and re install AVG ?
I am a bit frightened to do that will it be safe, I also down loaded from AVG my software and there is no license the email that I was sent before to download is the old email we have Ultimate on two computers and my husbands is also not updating also showing unknown error?- can anyone help me - Sue
