Can't update windows

We recommend you to follow the below steps:

Please use this link to download the AVG Clear tool ( https://www.avg.com/download-thank-you.php?product=REM)

Run the file and when you get AVG clear window loading, you will get a prompt with Yes and No option. Click on "No" and then select "Uninstall" to proceed with the removal.

Restart PC.

Regarding the remover tool, please use this link to download the remover tool (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe)

Restart the PC when the prompt appears.

Then try to update the Windows again.

Let us know, the status of the issue.

Hi everyone

im trying to update my windows 10 os, but it won't let me because of avg version. 
i tried deleting it, and when i tried the update it said avg is still on my computer. 
tried using both tools provided by the help center and they didn't work either
can anyone please help me with this? i really have no idea what to do anyomore :(
