Hello AVG - 

I have upgraded my anti-virus to paid version. I have my licence key but I can't find anywhere to enter this on the AVG application? I paid months ago and I am still on the free version.

I have tried to uninstall the free version but it says its always running therefore cannot uninstall. I have made sure its not running in finder, I've restarted my mac, and also if I delete any occurrence of it in activity monitor but it just pops back up. I just can't seem to stop it running. Please advise asap.

Thanks I managed to uninstall and reinstall but now get msg attached when I try put in my activation code
