Can't Upload to Adobe DC; No "Save as" Window Content

Could you specify the changes which you made in the AVG TuneUp?

Did you try to revert the changes in the program?

No problems until this week when I found I cannot upload files to Adobe DC after changing some options in TuneUp apparently.  Further, when I try to "Save as," the window opens but it's completely blank.  Any thoughts?
