Can't Use Mac AVG Cleaner App

I've been able to login to this forum and the main AVG site, but can log in to my AVG Cleaner app on my Macbook. It keeps giving me an error message that says that the e-mail and password don't match, no matter how many times I try. I changed the password, and it still won't work.

Tony, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
