Hi everyone,
I can´t use my digital certificate in my notebook.
After lots of tests, the certification company said it was because the AVG is blocking my certificate.
We tried to use the certificate deactivating the AVG but didn´t work also, but they still say some componet of AVG must be blocking the certificate.
May they be correct? Does any one have a "light" to help me in this issue?

Initially, please let us know whether you're connected to internet through AVG SecureVPN & clarify whether AVG AntiTrack is installed on your computer.
Also, let us know what happens exactly while attempting to access the digital certificate. Do you receive any error message?
