Cant use, repair, delete or download AVG Free Protection

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. To resolve the issue, we suggest you to uninstall the file 'Microsoft visual C++ 2012 x64  and x86' from your computer via 'control panel' and then  remove AVG traces using remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ). Please restart to complete the uninstalling process. After restarting your computer, you may need to manually uninstall any remaining AVG applications and also 'search' for a folder "AVG Remover"(usually in 'C' drive) and please delete it manually. And then Download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable package from  http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 .Restart your computer, and then install AVG Antivirus Free by clicking on  http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Antivirus_Free_692.exe .Thank you.

Hi.
My free avg protection stoped working.
I get the message that im missing the MSVCR110.dll part of the program.

I also get this:

Error code: 0x0070643 and Description: event exec_finished.

What can I do to fix the problem and get my anti virus program to work?
