Hello Allan.
We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please clarify whether the mentioned website is an online banking or financial site. Also, let us know if you experience this issue with a specific browser or irrespective of browsers.
Meanwhile, please try connecting to different servers (locations) that are available in AVG Secure VPN to check if it helps.
NOT FIXED, just different issues. Changing VPN location worked on the web site issue where I was not able to surf that web site as it now works. When trying to view my bill (it comes via. email), I click on [view my bill] button which opens the afore mentioned web site OK. I then need to enter my post code which is not in the state (Perth, Western Australia) where I am (south Australia) and I get the message " Service Unavailable - Zero size object The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

I have issues with only one web site that I know of and my VPN needs to be disconnected to be able to browse the Pay TV (Foxtel) site. Also viewing my Foxtel bill is not possible unless I first disconnect the VPN.
I have double checked the site using other browsers and always, the VPN must be turned off before I can access the site.
Is there a way to turn off my VPN automatically when visiting specific sites. The VPN would need to automatically enable when leaving the site as I have found that I had forgotten to turn it back on.
FIXED ??
I missed the comment of Delli Ganesh where I should try different VPN locations. As I'm in South Australia the VPN location was set to (only 3 choices) "Australia, Melbourne (optimal location)" which was causing the reported issues. The other location option in Melbourne was tried but caused the same issues. I tried location 3 in Australia of "Australia, Perth" and the issues cleared but I have only just changed to the AVG VPN location of "Australia, Perth", so I will have to give it time before I consider the issue fixed. Any Idea why the other Australia locations don't work on https://watch.foxtel.com.au/app/#/ whic is my pay TV site.
the site is media to be more precise it's Pay TV and I have tried 3 other browsers.
I can be on the site using Chrome as browser and with the VPN Connected I get
; Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://watch.foxtel.com.au/app/" on this server.

I turn the VPN off and reload the page (after VPN is definetly disconnected) and the site works OK on both Chrome and the AVG browser.
The Pay TV (Foxtel) knows of the issue and it was brought in to restrict use of streaming TV but it also restricts the use of it's web site (mainly my account).

Appreciate your efforts in working towards fixing the issue, Allan.
Unfortunately, certain streaming services has taken counter measures to block its users from accessing its content through Secure VPN servers.
While we do continue to add new servers and ip addresses, they are quite fast to identify the same.
However, you can try connecting to streaming servers that are available in Secure VPN such as Gotham city, Miami, Wonderland, etc to check if it helps.
Thank you for writing us back, Allan.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
We certainly check and help you with the issue caused
