hi have downloaded the free VPN trial which says is working but still can't watch BBC iplayer

Hello Helen,

For your information, it's something we have very little control of as it's mainly up to the service provider (Eg.Sky, BBC, Netflix) whether they allow VPN connections or not. In some regions, VPN doesn't work due to the restrictions on the concerned website.
