Il rinnovo automatico di due prodotti AVG ha causato il blocco della mia carta. I prodotti erano destinati ad un PC che non uso più. Ho chiesto quindi il rimborso dei due prodotti ma non so come comunicare che la mia carta essendo stata irrevocabilmente bloccata, è stata sostituita e che quindi i dati della stessa per il rimborso, non corrispondono.
