Managed to disable user control yesterday to partly solve my problems but need to/must run the antivirus checker today (a person or persons attempting to take money from my husband's bank account) but can't get it to run. Keeps telling me my password is wrong. Changed password and can get into my account, subscriptions, etc but can't run the virus checker on the desktop (the computer I am using). It is running well on my Laptop with no issues.
