I purchased AVG Total Protection from Walmart.  Inserted CD into laptop, followed instructions and the end result is this   Please enter a valid code.     None of the support links give help on what to do with failed installation with a CD purchased at a store rather than a downloaded link.  Online chat failed when attempting that and I have been waiting hours for a return email from the help line.
