Boa tarde… Tenho o AVG antivirus no celular… Cadastrei o anti-furto. Já tenho o APP instalado no celular a mais de 1 ano…
Ontem.meu celular foi furtado… E hoje q fui utilizar os serviços do anti-furto … Diz q não tem dispositivos cadastrados… Sendo au tenho o email com o cadastramento e todos os códigos se segurança para efetuar localização , bloqueio, alarme…
Segue em anexo print do email cadastrado… gostaria de uma resposta rápida para que eu possa esar localizado o dispositivo o ano antes…
Não consigo enviar por aqui. Preciso de um email para estar enviando…

SMS commands are listed below:

  • To sound an alarm – AVGShout
  • To locate the device - AVGlocate
  • To lock the device - AVGlock
  • To wipe the device - AVGWipe

For example, if your Anti-Theft password is 1234, you could borrow a friend’s phone and text “AVGlock 1234” (without quotes) to your lost phone in order to remotely lock the phone and prevent others from using it. (Note: We strongly recommend using a safer password than 1234!).

Sorry to hear about the situation, I will surely help you to locate and lock the device using the Anti-theft feature.

Please be informed that, if you want to track the mobile device, the device should already be registered under Anti-theft services.

Please follow the below steps to track the device using the Anti-theft website:

  1. Login to my.avg.com using AVG MyAccount.
  2. Now, you can select the device which you want to know the information.
  3. You can use the lock, locate and wipe option through AVG Anti-theft website.

Please follow the steps below to track the device by SMS commands using the steps below:
  1. Open Antivirus
  2. Tap on drawer on top-left
  3. Select Anti-Theft
  4. Check for SMS commands
  5. Select command to be sent
  6. Enter target phone number and PIN created on the lost device to retrieve data.
