Certain subscriptions not working

Thanks for the reply, it seems whilst my device was updating it removed the VPN exe file so I had to download again. All currently working.

Are you receiving this error message when tried to activate from AVG Secure VPN interface? Could you open AVG Internet Security, click Menu -> My Subscriptions and check if all three products are listed under 'Subscriptions on this PC'?

I am subscribed to AVG internet security which works just fine, I also have a secure VPN subscription and an Antitrack subscription, when I open the application and click on the Switch to this subscription command, an error message appears on the screen saying “ an unexpected error occurred”
