Hello Julie,

We can understand that you couldn't transfer file using the Aspera application.
May I know the name of AVG program that you have installed on your PC?
Also mention whether it is free, trial or paid version?
Do you suspect that you AVG program is causing this issue?

I have a certificate expired and it has nothing to do with the time or date. I can not access aspera to download file for my work at all
