Let us check whether this happens due to AVG program.
Could you let us know whether this appears only when AVG Secure VPN is turned on?
Do you get this error for all websites that you visit and on all browsers?
Can you disable AVG Internet Security as mentioned in this article and check whether the issue gets resolved?

Goodday, I often get warning:

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

Issuer: AVG untrusted CA

and don't get acces to the site.
How do i get rid of this.
