I am sorry to hear that. Please provide the screenshot http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot of the certification message to assist further. Also, please try to open your yahoo email in a different browser and check the issue.

When using my Yahoo email I continually receive the certificate pop up:
Certificate expired or not valid
Issued to *.yashi.com
Issued by AVG Web/Mail Shield Root
Valid 5/24/16 to 8/2/17
Since issued by AVG, looking to you for advice.

Eric, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
