Please let us know the version of AVG installed on your computer (Open AVG - Menu - About), how you access your emails. Is it through browser or email client?
Also, clarify what happens exactly wile attempting to send/receive emails. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

With the recent update to AVG my unseen.is mail account is not working due to AVG revoked the certificate.

AVG version 20.8.3147 (build 20.8.5684.602)
I'm accessing email thur Thunderbird , settings to send and receive are correct
the error message received is via AVGUser-added image
