We are here to help you. May I know if the issue is resolved when AVG protection is disabled? Right click on AVG system tray icon and toggle the On/Off slider to disable AVG protection. Please try to restore the certificate, if it's available in AVG quarantine (AVG Protection > Menu > quarantine).

hi, I use mailwasher pro along with OE classic as my mail program, with no problems untill yesterday when AVG blocked orange.fr as the certificate was revoked, I have other mail addresses from other servers which i have no problem with, I have done a repair but no joy
no problem when AVG turned off and there seems to be no certificates listed in quarantine

Open AVG user interface and select Menu -> Settings -> Components from the left panel -> Email Shield -> Customize -> Select SSL scanning from the left panel and ensure the box next to Scan SSL connections is ticked, then click Export certificate.
Select a location to save the exported Mail Shield certificate (for example, your Windows Desktop) and click Save and click OK.
Then import the Mail Shield certificate into your mail client. To import certificate into mail client, you can contact your email provider.

contacted mail client provider but they have no facility for importing certificates (for swecurity reasons))
however I tried again this morning and no problem the only thing different is that having upgraded another program that required a restart. So perhaps the repair function worked but it needed a full restart to finalise it.
