Thank you for reaching AVG support channel. We understand that you would like to change the activation code of AVG subscription, as you suspect its used by someone. We will check and help you to clarify it.
How do you confirm that your license was used by someone? Do you see higher activation count? We would like to inform Our license server has a new feature - LUMP (License Usage Monitoring Platform). LUMP counts all activation attempts in the last 30 days.
Sometimes the internet connection can be temporarily interrupted during the activation process, and it counts 2 attempts. Also, if you reinstall the program or reactive the subscription on same device will increase the activation count.
The LUMP counter resets automatically after 30 days. So, we ask user to wait for 30 days and check the exact activated device count. If you still wish to change the subscription, please do let us know. We look forward for your response.
Hello, I would like to change my AVG Secure VPN (Multi-device) multiple (10 Devices) key. I think someone else stole my private key because there are devices that use it without my knowledge and I cannot view them. I wonder if you can change my 3 year old key, thank you very much.

I can't see who is using my license (I don't know LUMP), but I know that I haven't used my activation key on any device other than me and my own phone, and now it gives the warning β3 devices are using itβ. I would like to request that my activation key be changed completely and a new key sent to my e-mail address, if possible for you too.
