Only the auto-renewal was turned off for it. You could manually renew it before the product get's expired.

Today I accidentally unsubscribed from AVG Internet Security.  Did not mean to. Always been happy with your product. I was cancelling a free trial but I still want the Internet Security which was expiring March 31, 2022.
