Hello Len,

If you are able to log into your AVG MyAccount using old email address then you can change the email address from its settings.
Once logged into AVG Myaccount, click on the logo appearing at the top right corner and select "My Profile".
Under "Email", click on change and enter the new email address and password.
If you aren't able to achieve this, contact our sales team using this https://support.avg.com/support_sales_chat link who can help you in updating the new email address.

Need to find out how to change e-mail address, They have old one and that might be the reason there not showing my 2 year subscription.
