Change from PC to Mac - subscription renewal

We understand your concern. AVG My Account is currently under maintenance and hence you are unable to view your subscriptions in AVG My Account. You can see your payment information in Order History of AVG My Account. Our developers team are working on it and will be soon fixed. Upon checking your account, we see that you have AVG Internet Security (1 computer) valid till 4/30/2017 which is going to renew automatically due to Auto renewal option is Turned On.

However, AVG Internet security license cannot be install on MAC devices. If you wish, you can upgrade the license to AVG Internet security unlimited . It can be install on unlimited, Windows, Android and MAC devices. To upgrade the program, please contact our support team https://support.avg.com/support_sales?l=en_US to assist further.

Hi,

I've recently received an email telling me that my 2 year subscription is about to automatically renew. This subscription was taken out for my old PC but I switched to iMac last year. The subscription isn't currently showing in my account area and subsequently I can't see if there's a way to transfer this to my current iMac.

I don't really want to be charged £73 for the privilege of protecting a PC that's gone to Silicone Heaven for 2 more years and leaving my Apple unprotected! How can this subscription be transferred please?
