Hi Sharon.
Please refrain from posting multiple queries regarding the same issue.
We'd request you to keep the whole conversation in a single thread to speed up resolution.
We're sorry for the inconvenience caused to you in this matter and unfortunately, AVG Secure VPN subscription has been cancelled now.
You will receive the credit to your credit card within 5 to 7 business days. I'd request you to place a new order for AVG Secure VPN using your new debit card details as it was your original intention.
For the attention of Dinesh
Thank you for your reply to my email. Please read the information below carefully.
I spoke to your colleague, Janette, this afternoon regarding changing my card details on 3rd June. My instructions were not carried out and the renewal fee was taken from my credit card today.
After a difficult conversation in which she told me that she would give me a refund on my credit card, cancel the VPN and I would have to re-purchase and then give my new card details, I decided against this action and told Janette to cancel the refund and just leave everything as it was. It seemed to me that she did not understand what I wanted and was completely confused.
She has done what I DID NOT request her to do.
Now, I find an email saying that the VPN is being cancelled!!! I do wish you people would listen to what you are being told!!
I want everything to remain as it is. I DO NOT want the VPN cancelled. At no time did I request that this is to be cancelled!! The renewal fee is to remain on my credit card.
ANY REPLIES TO THE ABOVE WILL NOT BE LOOKED AT UNTIL TOMORROW.
