We will help you with it. We couldn't locate any paid subscription under this email address. Have you registered with AVG using the old email address? We have sent you an email requesting the same, please check and revert us to assist you further.

My previous email address is no longer in operation, this is the address attached to my AVG account. I need to install AVG on my current PC but cannot get that done using my new existing email address.
Please advise.
