Hi Team, 

My current subscription is AVG Mobile Ultimate; I purchased it on the 15th of October, and it’ll expire on the 15th of October 2025. My phone (Samsung Note), where AVG Mobile is installed, is broken, and unable to open the device. I'm now using an iPhone (iPhone 7 plus) and want to check if transferring the subscription is possible. I tried to enter the activation code but it says not valid. What are the correct processes or steps to follow for this transfer? Kindly advised. Thank you.

I think it won't work since I purchased the subscription using an Android phone, and the iPhone shows a different price range for the mobile subscription. I tried using it on another Android device, and it works. No worries about this matter. Thanks for your help.
