I have the same problem. I log in, go to MyProfile and click in change email, put in my new email and existing password and all it does is come back with "password wrong". This is clearly an error because I used that password to log in in the first place.
Good Morning... I have updated to a new ISP and would like to change the main email account details on my registration... I cant seem to find any help on the support site to do this...
I can successfully request my license details to my old email address, but for the life of me cannot get into myaccount to change the details... keeps telling me that my username and password combination is incorrect... From within AVG Internet Security i can obtain all of my license details as above but just cannot get into My account...
Can someone steer me in the right direction... Im positive i have the right username password combination, but who knows anymore... I dont log in regularly as the applications do all the updating for me :) and i upgrade the application from year to year with the installers from the download site without issues...
I know that my previous ISP will only continue email support for a short time longer so getting this changed over to my new email address would be a huge bonus

As we understand you are experiencing issue with changing your email address on your AVG My account, is that right? If so, we will resend an email instructions to reset your AVG My account password to your old email. Please use it to reset your AVG MY account password and then try to change your email address.
