I actually just wanted to change my bank card information before paying for new period. But I had no idea how to do it.
And Your website certainly does not provide any help at all.
I tried in vain to find Your Email address - but … obviously You do not provide that service to Your customers.
So … what do I do …?
While I can't contact You to explain my problem …
Well …
I simply cancel the subscription. !!
If You want to retain Your customers, You must at least give them the opportunity to contact You.
