I need to update my payment method ahead of my auto renewal. I received the notification email, which contained the following language:

If your payment details have changed or expired, you’ve changed your address or you want to manage your subscription status then please create or sign in (using this email address) to your AVG MyAccount.
I signed in, but the only things I can change are my name, email address and password. There is no link anywhere that I can find that allows me to change my payment details.
Please let me know where the link is to change my payment details — as advertised in the renewal email.
It looks like 7 months later nothing has changed! Why is every other Vendor able to provide this functionality except AVG? Are you worried your security isn't good enough???

You will be able to update your billing or email address via AVG MyAccount, it's not possible to update the card details. Still a pain. AVG renewal email tells me that PayPal failed. PayPal account is fine. So I visited my AVG account. Still no way to change your payment method. Silliness. Come on. Every other tech subscription account I have allows me to easily change payment methods.

Then please edit your renewal emails, because it's very misleading to state that if my payment details have changed or expired (because the only thing that would expire is my card), all I have to do is log into my account. This is blatently not true. It should tell me instead that I have to contact the sales team and update that information.
I also don't understand why your e-commerce site will not allow me to update my payment information. Every other online vendor with which I deal has this functionality on their website. It seems like a standard function that you can deploy.
