Upon checking your record using the information that you have provided for creating the account in the community we see that you have created and activated the AVG my account using the @live.com email address.
Have you forgotten the password for this AVG my account?
I lost my e-mail address that I used for my Avg account.
How can I get in contact to set up a new one so I can enter my Avg account again?
Note: I cant request a newone for example, because this request would be sent to the lost account.

We request you to contact our sales support team ( https://support.avg.com/support_sales ) to validate your information and update your registered email address. Once it is updated, you can create a new AVG my account under the new email address and manage your AVG account. Thank you.
