Changed sim - cant unlock phone

If the device is listed in "my.avg.com" portal, we will be able to reset the PIN from there and unlock the device.
Do you confirm that you have tried logging into "my.avg.com" portal?
Mobiliation website is no longer available and it is now changed to "my.avg.com".
Could you provide the screenshot of portal screen after logging into "my.avg.com" and the mobile screen where it asks for the PIN?
You can use another mobile to take a picture of your mobile phone which is locked and share the image here.

I changed sim cards for a while and my phone locked. I forgot the AVG password and there is no option of forgot password on the phone itself. ( please rectify that). Have been stuck for a while and hours later logged into a computer. I realize my AVGmobilization is outdated. I am referred to upgrade to the latest platform - which i do and unluckily i am requested to add a new device. urgent help needed ? I am really stuck and mad at you guys
