Changed sim-card, can not find the site for open the phone

Good morning. Now I have slept, and tried to logg on several times. Also bought the AVG for my computer, installed, and tried a lot of new steps. But the site with the map for unlock the phone is still not visible. I understood some pictures of the situation may help yuo help me?Photo of my phone

I request you to go to the both websites one by one https://www.avgmobilation.com/ and my.avg.com, login to AVG MyAccount and check if you can find your device. If the issue still persists, then please share a picture of your Mobile lock screenshot to assist you further. You can click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

The phone-app ask for "password", I can not see the "pin" or "Ive forgotten my pin"-button. I cant remember any email with "Security pin recover". When I try to log on the site, it says "you have no device". But I do… And Ì did unlock the phone for some days ago,at another site. I do not know what to do. Throw it away…

I appreciate your effort in resolving this issue. May I know which AVG Antivirus version you have installed on your Android mobile. If you're using AVG Antivirus 6.0 or above, then I request you to go to my.avg.com, enter your email address & password and check if you're able to find your device. If the issue still persist, then please let me know if you're using paid/free AVG Antivirus program on your computer.

Of course I want to solve this, I like my phone. When i got trouble with the sim-card and the shop change it, I got this trouble. I have the AVG-protection at my Sony-z3 phone.
The order last renewed as order number ********.
Billing date 03.jan.2017.
AVG CleanerPRO. (AVG Cleaner for Xperia™).
The first 3-4 times the phone locked, I unlocked it at the site which shows a map where the phone is. But not today. I have not seen a note that i should install AVG at my computer, I have Norton already. Where can I find the site where the map apears?
