Changed SIM card, now phone locked

Hi, I recently bought an android phone and activated AVG Anti-Theft. I forgot about the SIM card change lock, and changed my sim card and the phone locked. I got an email to my account saying the phone was locked and click here to go to the page to unlock. But the webpage just said no device registered. What can I do?
