Changed the sim card on my phone and it says device is stolen/lost. My wifi is not on and we've tried resetting online for anti theft and this still doesn't work. Can someone please help asap? we've been trying for more than an hour now

Hi Phyllis,
I recommend try turn wifi on (it can by done by using different sim, because lock time is longer when new sim is entered) and then unlock it from our web.
