To install AVG protection program, it is necessary to uninstall Norton protection as it will conflict with AVG.
I see that you have subscribed for AVG Internet Security and TuneUp - Unlimited Devices product.
To install your AVG Internet Security, follow the steps as mentioned (here) and for TuneUp, follow the steps as mentioned (here).

I've just bought a new computer, and want to transfer my AVG protection to it.  Note that my subscription is current.  How do I go about doing this, especially when it is already "protected" by Norton?
