Changing back to Windows 8 from 8.1

Hello Janet,

For your information, our AVG program has no feature to upgrade or downgrade your OS version. So the upgrade of your Windows version is to be done from by turning on your Windows updates and when there is 8.1 update available you have to download and then install it.

Avg inadvertantly changed my OS from Windows 8 to 8.1. How do I get 8 back!
