I certainly understand your concern. From your account, I can see that you have AVG Internet Security (1 computer), expires on 2019.3.16. If you're not using AVG Internet Security new license on your old computer, then you can follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Internet Security on your new computer.

Hi, I've received an invoice for £46:99 for renewal of security cover for a computer that I no longer use, and of course I can't now use it or transfer this cover to my new computer. I would like to either have a refund or be able to use it on my new computer. Thanks, Ronald Mackie.
