Hi James,
your licence allows you to use your AVG actively on 3 computers. So if you don't use your laptop anymore, you can install your AVG on your new machine.

I have three computers all with AVG. Hard drive went out on labtop, desktop older dell with XP crashes all the time  other labtop ok for now , with two machines not working  can i install AVG on a new machine with out a new License #
