On checking your account, you have cancelled the auto-renewal for AVG TuneUp subscription. That's the reason you were unable to change your payment card details.
In this case, you can use the subscription till the expiry date. Before that, please click on the link below to reach our AVG Sales support or purchase the subscription from our official website.

Where do I go to change my credit card details?
It's not under My Subscription, so I tried Settings. Somewhere in that I read that I will receive an email reminding me that the renewal is due and enabling me to update … But the email only said ' If you have questions about your order, please visit your AVG MyAccount.' So this is circular!! The one refers me to the other … Seriously, would not have expected that from AVG.

Thanks for the quick reply Sarath. However, what the AVG website promises is an option to renew the credit card details. The reminder email that comes from avg.cs@digitalriver does not provide that.
And between that, hours are wasted by the AVG customers looking for it.
