Hi there,

 

I have received an email from Avinash Seshaiah from the Customer care department. The links for 'AVG Internet Security' and 'AVG Tune Up' both worked immediately (as in: I was able to activate and install them on my new device). The last one, though, named 'AVG Driver Udater' displays a "failed" message on my screen.

 

Are you able to please assist?

Sincere apologies: I hadn't realise that the code was different from the 2 others and just didn't spot it and the body of your email (It was also in small letters as opposed to the other code which was in capital letter, thus easier to notice). Can 't I delete somehow the activation code I have pasted above, so that no trace is left of it?

I can confirm that I am now up and running with all AVG subscriptions, and I am well impressed with the speed and quality of your service overall.

Emmanuel, please refrain from sharing your activation code or account information on this public forum.
The activation code for AVG Driver Updater is different from the other two products.
I have included the registration key (activation code) for AVG Driver Updater in my email.
Please check and attempt the activation again. Do not hesitate to let us know if you need any further help.

I downloaded the AVG Driver Updater fine, thank you.

Now the last thing I need, is the activation code. I copied and pasted the following (which was provided by one of your colleagues), to no avail: [Activation code removed] (I get a notification error message stating that the activation failed and that I should check my serial number)
